Looking for feedback on my 1 year Old blog

I am Ankit, try to blog about my experiments with life, wants to know about my how can I improve its visibility, quality of my blog .

 

Also want to know if I should divide the posts into different blogs of different sectors as I blog about different unrelated topics.
