Help required to adjust my template

Friends. I am new to blogging. I have two blogs. In one of the blogs, the space for writing is very narrow, where as the sides, there is lot of space. I dont know much about the technical aspects. So I want the space for my post increased and the space on the sides decreased.

I dont know whether I have put that correctly or not. Please visit my blog and guide me.

as your blog is new , i will suggest you please change the template,

go for 3 column template, add more widgets.
