Please review my blog

I have been writing my blog since 2005, when I joined Indian School of Business for a management degree. Earlier the focus was my experience at a b-school and the audience mostly were b-school aspirants or students of other b-schools. After  graduating, I have been writing about various topics based on what I read, observe and think - there is no single topic or focus of the blog. The topics include philosophy, management, politics, etc. I will appreciate if a review is provided. Thank you.
