Favicon not working in Internet Explorer.

Hi guys!

I blog at http://www.youthkiawaaz.com and I recently noticed that the favicon I use was not working in Internet Explorer. (I use 8)

It is perfect in Mozilla though.

Please suggest what I shall do to make it work in IE and look more professional.
