Initially it was managed by me, but now i get many guest posts and content from professional editors to update the tech section!

First of all i would recommend you not to always follow what others are doing ie the keyword - Make Money Online, and better focus on long term goals with multiple key phrases. Have a better website title and update it on a daily basis which i see is once in a fortnight.
