As skeptical as I was to any forums, the Indiblogger forum has been a different experience. People willingly provide suggestions, and answer your queries. What differentiates Indiblogger from the rest is the camaraderie shared between Indibloggers.

If its Wordpress.com, I think you can just go to apprerance > Widgets and add Text Widgets. Paste the code there and choose the side bar. Thats all I did and its working fine now.
