Looking for feedback on my new blog

I have created this new blog some 3 months back..........I hope to find out what others think of my blog.......I have got some great feedback from some of my near and dear ones and as I am trying to make it grow I need your suggestion....Please help me by telling me what you thing about my already existent blog and how can I make it larger.
