Dear Goving, since your posts are very good and readable, I'll just move to technical details.
1. Your header image is too large, needs cropping.
2. Your template is dated. Use a third-party template.
3. Change your font to Garamond. Arial is boring.
4. Add white space between paragraphs.
5. Must post once a week positively.
