Pankaj, you do not need hosting for Blogger. You only need a domain with a good control panel.
I would recommend znetindia.com for the domain. You can later opt for the email service from gmail to use your domain name for something like pankaj@yourdomain.com
lemme know if u need step by step help
cheers

@pankaj Rokade.....To change from blogger (*.blogspot.com) to custom domain first of all, obviously, you need to get a registered domain, then if DNS settings allowed by your Domain provider in cPanel then make or ask them to make following settings in DNS:
CNAME: ghs.google.com ANAME Records: 216.239.32.21 216.239.34.21 216.239.36.21 216.239.38.21
Now, log on to Blogger>Settings>Publishing>Custom Domain>Switch To Advance Settings, enter your domain name at the reuired given place and save. It's done.

I didn't have a PageRank myself, but I know of a few cases so yes, unfortunately you will lose your pagerank. That's why I did the switch early. But I think you can still benefit from moving to a custom domain, but you'll have to work hard to get your old pagerank. What's your pagerank, by the way?
I would recommend you to go to a custom domain as early as possible. It is better to decide whether you want a custom domain or not early,to avoid needless complications.
I moved to my custom domain when my PR was 4,and now my PR is 3.
If you are changing from Blogspot to custom domain, the easiest way to do so would be through Blogger (Google) itself!
I too have done that for my blog http://www.magalic.com/ (It's a Blogger Blog originally hosted on Blogspot.
It costs just $10 for one year. Many people complain that you don't get much control through Blogger but it is the easiest as I am not into html. You got a Google apps account & 50 (I think) email ids. For example. I have an id- author@magalic.com (you can choose anything instead of author)
I just did the switch 2 weeks ago. Process was quite smooth. If you need any more help don't hesitate to ask me here.
