But I guess, yoou need to write more frequently. I think there are a lot of people at least in India, who buy management books and read from online libraries etc.. You can actually draw a lot of attention to your blog, if you keep posting new things more frequently.
I can see a lot of Ads,everywhere around the post. With more content, you can actually get more benefit out of it.
