Looking for feedback on my blog

Friends,

I started blogging from Jan 2009 and got fantastic feedbacks from my friends and with my little knowledge on technology, I tweaked my blog settings & gadgets.

The blog was created to cater to my friends who wanted to know more on Finance, Accounts, Stock Market etc., The idea is the write in simple terms so that a non-finance person can also understand the complicated stuffs.

I would like to hear from experienced bloggers on the way to improve the blog, especially:

a) the layout

b) the ease of reading the posts

c) any other additions / modifications required (would appreciate if you could let me know how to get the html code or where to look for the add-ons)

I am posting through FireFox and the view differs when you view through IE and other browsers
