Hi Sayantoni.My views are completely based on my choices. Please take sportingly.1) The header looks vintage. If you are a vintage lover still you can use something different.

2) This kind of blog templates are a bit confusing for me. Its a personal choice but still will say one thing blog should look clean and easily understandable.

3) Writing part is good. 

4) Add archive widget. This template does not show posts via tabs. Simply loads by scrolling down and down and down. How far a user can go through.

5) Play with colors.
