After installing SSL do I need to re-add the URL?
Recently, I have installed a SSL certificate on my blog. Do I need to add the https version of URL?

Yea, make sure you have added the new HTTPS version in WMT and choose the preferred domain option as well.
You have to add https version in search console for sure

Since ur website is automatically doing a https redirect, u dont need to add the https version again
