Anyone who can help with radio city delhi..

I am looking to know whether radio stations keep archieves of radio calls made to them in the past? I had made a call to RCD in 2012 around independence day regarding a campaign they were doing then. It was called mission kargill. I had called and congratulated them and they had made a promo out of my that same call.. Now i am looking to get my hands on that same recording and promo call. Can anyonw here help me out? I have written to RCD across various mediums but no reply. That is damn special for me...
