For review websites, its easy. All you have to do is review a product properly and post facts. Some people who search for reviews and if they find yours worthwhile, they usually share in social media, tech forums and discussion groups. Some European-based websites and product sites list your review in their sites. If the content is either bad, monotonous, non-factual or plain BS, very difficult.
