You could remove the "author" block on the footer and create a separate page and list it on the secondary menu for introduction and contact details. Shift the Google+ plugin there and shorten the twitter feed just enough to be on the same level as others. Other than that, no issues. Consider signing up for amazon/flipkart affiliates.
