My ragiional content blog needs your review

Sir/Madam

considering the need for marathi content on net i have been writing blog content in marathi language. the blog is in the listicle form where i write about interesting topics for the masses such as 'top 5 facts showing cloning is done  in ensiant  India", or "top 5 mistakes in bollywood movies' etc.  So far i have posted quiet good number of posts and i have been consistant (barring two incedences)

My concern here is that i am not getting enough hits (i get roughly 40 hits a day)

is there some loopholes whcih i need to work on?

please guide....
