It's good. It looks like a proper company blog, but I would recommend not embedding youtube videos with autoplay. manual play is more convenient. I am not a fan of that layout type but that is more of a preference rather than a con. The word "craving" during loading screen has a washed-out orange colour compared to the logo. Not sure if this is on my end depending on my perception- but if the colour is bit different maybe you could match it. It looks like it was in PNG and then layers have been disappeared and compressed while re-saving it as JPG.
I would really suggest that you should make video blogs.
