Is this right?

Hi Friends,

One of my friend starting a blog in hindi and he has a very nice collection of poetry. This poetry is not written by him. This poetry is written by other big names like Ghalib, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and all. My friend is collecting these poetries from college days and now he want to publish these on his blog.

On each poetry he is clearly mentioning that this is written by "Ghalib" or "Author Name" and we are trying to publish the collection. In any post he is not going to mention his own name. This blog is just a nice collection of poetry.

I just want to know if this is right? Can there be any legal issue later on?
