Reason: Misplace of words
That's a good design amritesh. you may want to install "recent discussions" like we have done at MBAs.in which is using the same theme.
The header is too cluttered and the sidebar too white spaced. You are repeating categories in 2 navigation bars and that's not necessary. It's actually confusing so maybe remove those?
As most of your content is going to be long form, you should utilize the sidebar better and add more engaging things there.
I like the way social is figured out.
Since its a tech blog, you also might want to install rich snippet plugins.
