Just add a privacy policy page if it is already not done.

You can apply Virat. I think you will receive the approval immediately as your blog is in Hindi 

Yes Their is already privacy policy but m not using any Disclaimer page N terms and conditions Page it's compulsory?

My domain was just a month old when I applied but had atleast 100 posts on it ( I had switch from blogspot.in to my own domain ) 

Just make sure you have followed all their norms before applying - no affiliate program links, disclaimer page and all
