Looking for feedback on my blog and help to add static pages

I've started a blog 8 months ago and have got around 5000 clicks as of today.. is that a good thing?

Please review it and let me know what you think I should do to improve. Also, I'm having trouble adding an \About Me' page and a 'Work With Me' Page. Help!!
