I have nominated 5 short stories for the contest and hope u like it. I nominated mine before i wrote this one.

I have come up with a story about a guy attending his lover's marriage. I rate this as the best i have written till now. Please read and comment.

I think this is a great idea. I can contribute something of mine! :) Writing is my passion and writing fiction more than anything. I wonder if published stories (in print) are allowed for this contest? I have a few unpublished ones too, so depending on the rules I shall apply. Thanks.

Just kidding.. well, stories should be original, i.e. self written, published or non-publishd doesnt matter.. so jus hop on

I guess, most of the stories the bloggers would be contributing would be published - if not in their books or magazines, atleast on their own blogs .. I know that sucks!

The contest on original short storiers sounds exciting .I have submitted my 5 hindi short stories for nomination just now and now would wait with crossed fingers to see whether they get nominated or not.since literature is a passion for me, I look forward to read some great original stories during the contest .

oh god..this is preposterous..i never got a notification that nominations are open...this is insane..now how do i include my blog...(which happens to have a main theme-original litereature)...I am saddended deeply by this...****..****..****..

apologies to all the bloggers,moderators for the above.The notification was sent to me in the mail about the indivine2.0(whic i overlooked..and whic of course is my fault)..I am not supposed to be shouting on the Indiblogger.in for my foolishness...I contacted Indiblogger and they agreed to accept my nomination,whic in my opinion is really really great of them...they say it right..'yeh aapka badappan hain' yeah same thing happend :) ..

I Just want to point out the generosity and considerate attutude of the INDIBLOGGER moderators :)thanks a ton..again..

No probes dude, and sorry for the trouble. We sent the message about the contest along with IndiVine cause people may not appreciate too many emails from us in a day!

I didn't see the nominations info either. And can I suggest something here? Since many blogs are nominated, can the Mods shortlist only the top 10 blogs (I mean, by reading and judging the entries) for voting by the rest of us. That way, the voting is more fair to the quality of writing, rather than popularity of the blogger? Just a suggestion.
