284 k views in four months. My blog is for employees of public sector banks

My blog has attracted 283k views in four months.  But its a week now nobody has reviewed my blog. I can digest harsh remarks, Please let me know.

I opened, I saw pink, and it was like err, but still I tried to browse and left since I could not find enough content !!

with regard to content it's in the form of excel sheet.  That's what I am presenting in my blog.   People are visiting my blog for my projections and analysis.  I can proudly claim that out of 10 lac employees I am one amongst the few who can forecast and the readers believe in them.  Any suggestions in layout 315 k views so far.  E-mail followers around 350.  Is it beneficial to have more E-Mail followers.  Can I monetise my blog now, with average 5K views per day.
