But I am confuded why this happened. My blog is doing even better after shifting to a domain.

Is the fall in rank because I shifted from Blogger to a domain?

Most probably yes. Once you shift, I.e. change the domain name, all the ranks and other things get back to the beginning. Work on it, it'll take some time to be back, but you will be back.

I really need major help here. My indirank went down from 80 to 66 in the past (because I did not blog much, so understood) but this time I hae been blogging regularly fro the past few months and yet the Indirank went down by 1. It's 65 now! And the reason mentioned is 'you have no Alexa rank' which is silly because I do have an Alexa rank and it is displayed on the blog.

My blog is seeing traffic from everythwere these days, my google adsense earning is also increasing (if only marginal) but what the hell is Alexa's deal? Someone please explain.

You are displaying the wrong alexa widget on your site. It is of yoursite.com. 

Anyway, that doesn't matter for IndiRank. 

Your alexa rank is 24 lakh . http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/http://damonologue.blogspot.in

What is the exact message shown on your IndiStats page. Is it saying that you do not have an alexa rank or that you should improve your alexa rank? Can you provide a screenshot of the message?

Also, there is no relation between IndiRank and your adsense earnings.

And fluctuations of 1-2 points is common for IndiRank
