I am not sure how they do it but there are many blogging blogs out there with articles about how to get Google Adsense and other approval.. So you may try those to get an account running..

But I agree with DvD here.. WIth such numbers, its tough to image any payout..

Better try those networks which allows low payout threshold value..

By the way, interms of earning I find all of them are same.. Since advertising value are same .. Google out performs all because of their contenxtual algo, which works best in showing better ads..
