This is the blog of Esha - the initiative for employment for the visually disabled. So far, we have only used this blog for a sort of "notice board", but now i really want to spruce things up.. please help!

I searched for some widget that can convert "Text" To "Speech" for the visually challenged people to be able to listen to your blog, Did not find any, but it will surely be a cool stuff to add to your blog.
Wouldnt that be great for all the pople you help to know what you are doing for them.
