Guys, my dashboard says:
and it has been there since last night but my stats are not updated yet. Is it that, Indibots may take up to 24 hours to update my scores? Or there has been some other mishap? [clueless smile]
Anyway what about your Indirank, has it been updated?
Replies 1 to 20 of 31
My Indirank shows still 76, so donno if it has been updated or not.
Hope your dashboard reads the same....?
AS Yes
Hmmmm
Sorry but I am missing the point since it says last update was 29/06 and next is scheduled on 15/08.. So does that mean today is update date ??
'was' means it is over right???
AS It is 29/6/2014 ( one month ago )
and not 29/7/2014 ( today)
Oh that's where I missed it.... you're perfect sherlock dude [thumbs up]
No IndiRank update has happened.
The dashboard says
In your IndiStats, you will see a rank for May ( which was uploaded in June)
which means that there will be no IndiRank this month probably because IB team is busy with anniv. celebrations.
Or it might be an error also
Thanks for all the screenshots and other blah blah but did the update happen or it did not?
No.
I too feel, Rajni is getting carried away by visual grandeur [wicked grin]
15th Aug is IB's birthday and IR will be updated on that day ... that is the gift from IB to all IB members on anniversary day
thanks for clarification boy [Ahhh well.....]
What gift Ranjith ?
IndiRank update is the gift
7 ranking points as gift
SO, we'll see some 100's and 100+'s this time
Ahh... Hyped and then dived
..
No update
It means that there would be no update this month.
Precisely yes.
Last month my Indirank was 81, I was confused with the stats and thought its not updated and raised a ticket saying my indirank is not updated...Later I got a mail saying-We updated your Indirank Manually and my Indi rank came down to 79 ...Paid for my stupidity
If you observe nicely you'll be glad to know many other great bloggers are carrying the same rank- 79 [wink wink]
HAHAHAH
AS No Ullu Banaoing
It was really unintentional VP..... [embarrassed]
Ullu Banaoing!
I already clarified Rajni-bot [angry]
ok
I am not a bot
Then why were you behaving like one? simply copy-pasting others' ideas [Grrrr]
I am ullo banoing by tricking others into believing that i ma a bot
The ranks are not updated.
yes...yes... it was my poor understanding [embarrassed]
Okay, ranks are not updated and the thread is misleading. I will delete this thread shortly.
Hmmm... is it still misleading?
AS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Change thread title before it is deleted
you mean --- Latest Indirank is NOT Out
Yes
hmmm done Rajni [hi5]
There are many other threads that should be deleted before deleting this innocent thread

You have kept a list of these threads.
Ranjith is good at tabulating data
Gaurab No, I went to this thread, opened all links posted in the last two pages and saw which of them are yet to be deleted.
Vijay Thanks. I have more data on my computer.
Rajni I know exactly what does that 'more' mean [wink]
What does more mean AS?
Ranjith, you should have just said yes...it seemed cool
DS I seriously believe this thread is useful because there will be no update in month of July 2014 so people can come here and comment on that. The next update is August so its obvious many indibloggers may have questions regarding indirank in July
#myopinion
#myopinionalso
We need a thread to convey that? It is clearly mentioned in the dashboard. As I see it, this thread is more misleading especially to newcomers. And this thread is being used to chat, which is not good.
I agree the title is misleading but like Anunoy I too was surprised at the non update of IR this month, only Anunoy put up a thread. I think many indibloggers may be anxious to know y the indirank has not been updated this month.
Rest is upto IP
This thread does not give any reason why the ranks are not updated, nor can it give that info regarding why it will not be updated this month? Only the Inditeam knows that, right? So the whole point of the thread, is well, it serves no purpose other than being a fertile ground for futile chats :)
This thread is anyway easy to delete as I won't open another thread to ask why my thread got deleted... you know what I mean... by the way this reminds me, though may be slightly off topic, when I visited the police station few days back to file a case against my laptop theft it was shocking to see an insane being bailed by some generous person, who was initially locked up in charge of breaking open one almira [sad]
By the way, Why there was no update this month ?? I thought IndiRank comes every Month !!!
May be they wanted to keep something special for IB anniv. may be some new features in IR.
My IndiRank has been constant at 82 for so many months now...
I tried posting many posts in a month, still no change.
Posting more affects only Posting frequency and last updated time. From my experience, posting once every week will give you 100 for these two metrics. Posting more won't help.
So, Ranjith, you would suggest max 4-5 Quality Posts a month, right?
Will try that for August
Yes, as far as IR is concerned.
There are things more important than IR - traffic and revenue ( for professional bloggers ) - The more the content, the better.
Thanks Ranjith! Lots to learn...
yea that means more we blog, our contents will gain its volume na? [yea rajni?]
yes
Stop Posting Regularly :P Try Trolling :P
वाह इंतज़ार रहेगा ।
I'm less than 2 months old on IndiBlogger and do not have an IndiRank. How many months does it usually take for a rank to get calculated?
You should get it on 15.8 2014
Sometimes you get in a month too, like for my current blog after I added it IB ranked in its subsequent report card day [grin]
*sigh*
This is taking too long! I'm dying of curiousity
Dont worry you will get a awesome rank including a gift from indi on 15th Aug
If IB doesn't give the gift, Vijay will
Honestly, if you want to fan your enthu or kick your ego better check the alexa rank [grin]
Yep Ranjith +7 points will be added to the rank on my behalf
how can you do that? hack into ib?
Use your imagination
Yes, in IB there should be +Rep thing for motivating/thanking repliers............... [reflective]
Did I hear someone say "gift"?
Yes yes
hmmm tell yourself that was an illusion [wink]
It was a good suggestion not to delete this thread coz people like me were wondering what was up with the Indirank remaining unchanged since May'14. Btw, I no longer have an Alexa rank since one has to pay for it now and that obviously affects my ranking on IB. Remedies, any one? My site is hosted on Wordpress.com (not .org) since am not a techie and unable to follow jargon. So, a solution in simple words would be highly appreciated.
I no longer have an Alexa rank since one has to pay for it now
Are you sure? I'm not paying anything, and I do have an Alexa Rank. And FYI, your blog's Alexa Rank is: 3,934,873.
