Hi Ranjith! Tried posting the screenshot - could you see if the third attempt succeeded. The first two times I just did a print screen and pasted. The third time I've converted it into a picture and pasted. If this hasn't worked, I'm afraid I will have to resort to my earlier refrain of being tech challenged and ask you for help with this as well.

Guys - thanks for trying to help. Will not choke this thread with my peculiar problem. So as suggested, am going to write to IB directly. Keeping my fingers crossed!  

Vibha's Alexa context reminds me, there's a new bug in my alexa account which is not letting me to edit the site listing after claiming its ownership and the alexa guy replied me:

Otherwise you know any way to add a new site to one's dashboard/account?
