1. You may want to work on your tagline a little bit.
"Indian beauty, travel and lifestyle blog." >> It sounds like you write about "Indian beauty, Indian travel and Indian lifestyle". I think what you mean is that this is an Indian blog that focuses on beauty/travel/lifestyle.
"Talks of beauty, fashion, travel, food and also, random thoughts ... five elements of the blog.." >> too many dots there, making it look a little less professional/refined.
2. Your popular posts seem to have taken a backseat. There are too many ads hiding them. I think that the focus of your blog should be your content, not advertisements.
3. I like the five tatvas. The alliteration is pretty good!
