Looking for a feedback on my open diary

Hello Team,

I had created my website www.jaygovindsahu.com more than 4 years back when I had nothing to do except for waiting for the call from my company to join and work. When I bought the domain and web space I had no definite plan about what to do with it. Having a personal website was so 'cool' back then. As time passed by, I concentrated on the content and not on flashy designs. Even after 4 years, I believe my website is under construction. I'll try my best to improve it and impress myself if none else. 

It would be a great help if you could take a look at my website let me know your comments and suggestions.
