Hi,

Recently I have changed my Wordpress theme to "The Columnist" theme. The sidebars where I have a lot of information is not visible and I have tried a lot but in vain. In the "Widgets" section I do find four sidebars present with the intended content that used to be displayed when I was using my earlier theme "Monster". However with change of theme it is not,

Is there any area or provision to make the sidebars visible. Can someone please help.

Regards

Partha

Hi Partha

Just to your website. It is looking really good. The sidebars are a property of the Theme. You can't actually change the theme settings. You would have to adjust the widgets in the left sidebar that you have got.

Solution - Since you have asked for a solution I'm giving it to you but I personally don't prefer this.

If you really want to have the sidebars then you would have to buy the "CUSTOM DESIGN" upgrade from wordpress.com which is available from their stores. After buying that you can change the CSS and add your sidebars. Laughing
