Help with blogger messages

On which blog are you experiencing this problem? 

Will I not lose backlinks in that case ??? also My comments are not opening so how do I delete them >

Same thing happened to me once

Activating Google comments remove all the previous comments from you blog which was posted on the default blogger comments platform. 

Also its working perfectly on my other blog Y so ?

I just checked the info regarding this. This is what I found -

If you use Blogger’s commenting platform, existing Blogger comments will stay on your blog, and you’ll continue to have the option to delete or mark them as spam.

If you use a third-party commenting system, your comments might not be retained when you enable Google+ Comments

 

If comments aren't showing up, make sure the following items are true for your blog:

• The "Use Google+ Comments" option is selected.
• Comment location under Settings | Posts and Comments is not set to "Hide." We suggest using "Embedded."
• In the Post Editor, under "Options," Reader Comments is set to "Allow."
