So I decided today to review your blog :)

My first feedback - I really like the content of your blog; your blog is engaging many people J

Another one - Though you already into social media and blogging related job niche, I am bit disappointed to see the look and feel of your blog. You know there are number of free WordPress site templates available online. All you need to do is just do some Googling find some your blog niche related blog template and use that.  See what template I got for one of my clients - theme.wordpress.com/themes/newsworthy/

Also share your social profile details in your about us page if you’re not anti social J

In sidebar you can use many interesting widgets and keep the tags widgets on the last priority of sidebar. (Also you can use your Twitter widget here)

Put follow blog by email in upper side.  

Use can use Archive in sidebar.

Get a proper two lines author bio.
