My blog is for all those of you with an interest in leadership, creativity, inspiration, innovaion, governance, social causes, and self improvement. The topics are particularly relevant to professionals, to students pursuing management courses, and to any person who have an interest in these areas.
Reason: Highlighted some focus areas
You've got a great blog with such great topics revealing knowledge & wisdom. I went through few ones & then only reached this conclusion :)
Coming to specific feedback....offcourse design can be improved by:
1) Removing visitors widget...that's my personal opinion..I just don't like it on any blog.
2) Listing down posts with highlights instead of having full lenth posts on the homepage..
I couldn't really come across any other aspect..its a wonderful blog...happy blogging!!

Your suggestion regarding listing down posts with highlights is quite pertinent. I have tried doing it before too but it seems the template I use does not allow it. Will try again.
I read a copule of your blog posts. Your poems & haikus are cool. The design too is good and easily readable. Keep up the good work.
