I loved the header Yashaswi!

As far as the design is concerned, you might want to adjust the margins, because the left side bar seems to be clashing with the main blog post. The same goes for the right side bar. White space may seem like a waste, but it always makes text look aesthetic.

I found your recent post very imaginative and original. Do try to post more often (easy to say but something I am guilty of not following either) :)

I too blog and so far have only been focussed on the content part. Your blog inspired me to look at mine from the visual appeal and layout aspect too. Thanks.

Hi Yashasvi,

I like the design you've used. It is striking and grabs attention immediately. The left side bar though makes it look a little cluttered so you might want to ease that up slightly.

I would also suggest that you make the font size of the post a little smaller. Although the size is easier to read, the Courier-ish quality makes it a strain in a weird way.

As far as the content is concerned, I love the Poseidon post. it is beautifully written and so vivid. i could imagine it all. The deep blue sea and the world under. Lovely piece of writing. The length is crisp and the writing snappy.

I would also advise you to make the bottom bar a little tighter. The text is a little all over the place right now and it might help to make it more compact. Would encourage the reader to hit those pages immediately.

Thank you so much for the review. I've been trying to adjust the margin of the pages but it isn't working out properly. I'll try to declutter the page.

I checked out a lot of fonts, but courier suited the look of the blog so I stuck with it. I'll amend the font size.

I've been focusing on the content lately. But this one, Poseidon's Daughter, just came to my head after two hours of swimming. Thank you so much for the valuable advice. I'll bring up those changes and I request you to visit the blog again and tell me if anything else is required. This was really helpful.
