After you receive it, read and write a blogpost about the book.

I have stopped applying for reviews. If a writer feels I can write a review for him sincerely, after reading it with the passion of real reader and opine clear views, he/she has to request me to kindly spare some of my precious time and review.

So they should not let you apply for this. Whn you click on apply button, it should pop up...please review the earlier book you have applied to be eligible to apply for this
