Not publishing

Can anybody help me please with these issues:

1. My comments on WorldPress are not getting published. The 'Like' button is working though.

2. The 'Follow this blog' is not working both ways I assume. Since my blog doesn't seem to have added new followers lately, and whenever I try to do the same on others' blogs the window invariably reads 'Sorry, we can't hande your request, plz try again later..etc'.
