No need to learn Sir Rio you can copy some codes from here
clap clap
I need knowledge, and from someone who is proficient in it.
@ND, I tried learning from google links, but got confused and before someone put me in an assylum, I quit.
Assylum
So the usuals have given some life even to this thread.
yo, dude, life should be light
i read the comment on inditalk...so doing the needful
I am sure for a change, the sponsors may actually appreciate these efforts or this thread would have disappeared somewhere into obscurity.
IP, gonna do the needful, ND,
Renie would make it sticky
Seeing the comments I feel the chances are good I thought the thread will be flooded with tech bloggers.
Even I am Software Tester...but seriously no contest for that stuff
Would love to particpate. Can surely use a certification :)
Dude you don't get a certification just winning - you only get a voucher - you need to write the respective exam and pass it as well.
lol, I know TF :)
something different. a contest which has some relevance to my job. time to think and win a voucher :)
What does cloud have to do with not rewriting code. Even without cloud, when I need to do something on excel, I look it up on google and tweak it. How will cloud make this easier - Ranjith or someone else can throw some light?
cloud will help by raining outside while you work on the code and cannot go out, thus concentrate fully
@Nandini - Clouds may make you feel gloomy and you may not feel like working
thunder will wake u up thunder when clouds crashes into one another
Rains will make me feel poetic and again I won't feel like coding
for coders ...coding is their poetry
Actually a nice concept TF clouds rain
TF You were a software engineer, right?
I think what they meant is that if you write a centralised application and later want to make it distributed because of the huge increase in the number of users, then you need to rewrite code. If you start by writing distributed kind of code, no need to write. But it doesn't make much sense. Or may be I am wrong.
And ND will drink thums up listening to the thunder and singing 'Thums Up Taste the Thunder'
r...
@TF, AFAIK, this is more related to sharding and cloud computing. Usually what happens, when the applications are created, they have the capacity to accomodate 200% of their target users. If this application becomes popular and sees a growth of 500%, like Angry Birds game application, the application needs to be tweaked to accomodate more-than-expected users. In this scenarios, company can either rewrite the whole program and shard it, which is quite complex according to what I know and it has greater chances of errors if not done properly, or they can host the application on VPS (cloud), which are highly scalabe and flexible. So I think this contest is focusing on the latter aspect.
I might be wrong but this is what I've understood when I was writing about cloud computing.
small p....u know all these things?
ND, of course I know...I'm content writer who writes on all subjects
LOL...I even know about various schools of medicines, various styles of curtains and all other useless things!
**
R, I know everything, including SEO, when it comes to theory. Practically I don't know anything
I will write a post about the clouds which bring rain.
ND Thanks for the idea
poetry on clouds and rain with codes
Anyone started their research on thistopic?
And the heading for the prizes is being shown as 'Offer'. Earlier, was it 'Prizes' or 'Offer'?
Nah....this is absolutely useless for my blog!
It was raining yesterday and I clicked few pictures of the clouds
good now, add some 0's and 1's on the pictures and add them to your post
I did not start any research on this topic, nor am I interested. Even if the prizes were some vouchers i would not do such stuff
I couldn't understand what we are supposed to do in this contest. What's Microsoft certificate and what to do with it?
I hope I am one of the 20 bloggers to win a voucher
NO!
Yes BK. Just received a mail prompting me for submission.
Guess, it's of no use for non-coders.
Kiddo, are you participating?
