I am bit disappointed with mine...it remains constant at 87.

I saw many poor blogs without much content and much traffic at higher ratings and improvements..wonder how come mine does not improve when my Alexa, traffic, frequency etc has improved.

Try guestposting for blogs with high google page rank. Ask bloggers all over the world if you could guest post for them. Don't be shy. They won't say anything worse than a no, or they might say yes.

Can somebody please explain the meanings of MozRank and Alexa Rank? Seems Hebrew to me!

MozRank is like Google PR. It depends on the number and quality of links to your site. More links = Higher mozRank. A higher mozRank is better. 

Alexa rank depends on the traffic you get. More traffic = Lower Alexa Rank. Lower Alexa Rank is better.
