I tried and called the customer care. These vouchers are redeemable only at stores  :(

thts sad.. now I have to go to Jaipur to use these vouchers.. lets see.. it wud have been better if we cud use them online as well as.. but maybe they didnt give this option coz most of the products are from clothing line, personal use, accessories etc... 

Shoppers Stop has E-vouchers too. Wish if the E-vouhers were chosen to be given.

I dint pay attention  to the difference between gift voucher and e voucher ...

Received my voucher ... the Shoppers Stop store is at a stone's throw from my house...so wouldn't be a problem for me. For Ankita , Saket and others I hope Renie will find some solution soon ...

I just realized, by reading your posts that it is not going to be an e-voucher. Man, the nearest store is 250 km from my place, hilly terrain. Evouchers, please! And soon :D

Renie .. I know m quite late to remind about vouchers usability still .. are these vouchers not redeeemable at shoppers stop website ??

this is what the guidelines say, 

• Gift Vouchers cannot be redemmed online. However, Gift Cards can be bought and /or redemmed online.

toh ab ye 4k voucher mere kis kaam ka .. sply when I cnt go to jaipur or any other city ( atleasat not for next couple of months) its festive time.. I saved the vouchers for diwali ...

This particular voucher is non-redeemable on their website. However, they are redeemable on all ShoppersStop Oultets, ShoppersStop Airport Outlets and HomeStop outlets. You can check their stores in the drop down menu on the left on this link: http://corporate.shoppersstop.com/stores.aspx

The voucher is valid till 18th March 2015.

no this won't help .. none of the stores listed there are in my city .. cnt I get EGV/giftcard or anything else .. plz resolve this issue. BA should have htink about this problem, not all winners would be from metro cities..

Yes, Swati... I just asked her and she told me that Shopper's Stop vouchers were received. Thank you... and sorry for having raised an unnecessary query. :)

@Arvind: Ask her to raise a ticket. Everyone got their vouchers ages back. Mine got lost in transit, so Swati very kindly sent me a replacement (even that was 1.5 months back).
