Hi Sanket! 

Here are some suggestions for your design:

I would change the Header from a Rainbow background to somthing more tech oriented like this: http://www.laptopmd.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/motherboard.jpg

I would also change the Font for your Blog Title.

Change the name from Start Page to Home.

Include a Directory Page to list your articles by content so they are easier to find.
