Guidance for Bitstrips
Hey,
I see lot many bloggers using Bitstrips and I totally love them. I have explored Bitstrips for few days and still I am no better than when I had started. I tried to Google detailed instructions for adding props that aren't there in the library (like a medal with a string), for adding tress, garden, and things like that but couldn't find it. Any help in this would be highly appreciated.
Happy blogging!
Good question. I also want to learn. Debajyothi makes such amazing comic strips. He is my inspiration. But don't think he comes on forums.
Yes, I've seen his strips...right now I've scratched the idea of using Bitstrips for what I wanted to use. Still I will get in touch with him so that at least I know how it works if need arise. Thanks for reminding me about him.
PM Deb uses http://www.toondoo.com/ you can give it a try
VP, I will look into this. Thanks
Sure R
I hope at least he has something productive to tell me on this subject
So nobody knows anything about Bitstrips apart from what FB allows you to do. Now I officially hate Bistrips.
welcome to the club to bitstrips haters
Congrats now you are officially the Princess of Hate Bitsrips Social Cirle
I don't even know what fb allows to do. I only know the web version
R, first I tried with the site...it has very limited options...then when I asked help on FB, good friends directed me to the app. However, the app doesn't allow you to create random characters and it too has limited scenes...Hence, I can't do whatever I want on Bitstrips
On the site you can add random characters and whatever you want. On fb, I am being shown only some default scenes...
Is there something that I am missing?
No R...I think FB only gives you some preset scenes.....and the site allows you to add random characters but it doesn't have all the props.
@ Pankti When you add a scene on the website app, are you too getting that error?
R, I'm not even able to add a scene....so right now, I am just using plain white background
PM take some bits and add some strips to it you will get the bitstrips
bite the strips...it becomes bitstrips
bitstrips is angry with u...thats why
I tried to Google detailed instructions for adding props that aren't there in the library (like a medal with a string)
Do whatever you can in bitstrips, download and add the medal using ms paint
R, tried that...the combination looks ugly..I guess it's due to difference in shades of color and symmetry and things like that
Then improve the drawing of your medal, add gradients, symmetry etc etc
