Please Review my tech blog, and suggest me if i need to implement some change

the fixed advertisement and the pop up facebook like thing irritated me, overall great blog. just try to keep the advertisements light on a single page and they shouldn't be hinderance to readers in reading the posts.

I suggest you get a nice template, more simple with 2 tables.
Since your blog is old, you even need to work with backlinks building.
I even advice you to move to wordpress.
Hello Gujju, thanx for the review, actually my blog is not that old, only 6 Months ..... i am working over backlinks building but i guess i need to work a lot more, i'll look over switching to wordpress as well .... thanx
