Thank you. After writing half of the story, I felt lazy. So, I thought that the best way is to kill both the hero and the heroine which I do in almost every story of mine.

Yeah Bhavya is right. Even I post in contests only due to greater visibility of contest posts compared to regular posts. And my posts have too much of my personal stamp to be copied. So copying is hardly an issue for me.

@ND- You are drawing conclusions without knowing the facts  There are genuinely good artists here & using applications are equivalent to physical drawing, infact very difficult sometimes.

@Renie- How about an auto deadline post closure-cum submission disabler thingy? I understand that you people are busy and sometimes it's difficult to close deadlines manually when you are traveling. Gives an added advantage to people :) TIme is money (~ prizes  )

nop...i'm not..actually many of my misconceptions got cleared when i saw for myself....and its quite easy to make on apps but since they are allowed no issues. people use sites like bitstrips too..its a fact...

There was some techinical error I guess...as when I checked RP's post I was able to read it ...

all entries seem to be about the guessing game and i thought it was about memories and adventures and stuff. 

my entry amongst all these seem on a tangent.

The topic is about memories only Heena. They confused people with the title. I have tried and included both the things in my post

i just made a passing reference to Dove in the post...seems unfair as a lot of it coulde twisted to include the guessing game. Renie pls clarify this.

If I had written about guessing game, I would have scuttled even my 1% probability of winning.

Just another example of blind voting ....RP's entry post is blank due to technical issues but she has got the highest votes. (How can one say if the post is good or bad when it's blank? )

Before anyway misinterprets my statement, let me clarify. I'm not saying RP is soliciting votes or she writes bad (I personally love her pieces ) ...it just makes me wonder how we abuse the privilege of voting granted to us by IB!

Even I voted for her entry by mistake FP I click on the tab and while the page loads I vote for the post.... My bad But I have seen her entry - where did it disappear

I do not think that any of us votes for a post without reading it. That would not make any sense to me

BK, I don't remember the exact contest but there was a contest entry with just a single pic. It garnered the highest votes. To be honest, pics can be good. No two ways about it. But when a single pic with no text is put up as a contest entry and it garners the highest vote, it does put one into thinking mode about this entire voting system, doesn't it? Or is it just me who's thinking on useless topics?

PS: I don't mean to offend anyone here. If somebody is finding my views offending and hurtful, I apologize right now.

We shouldn't be worried about the votes part..they technically don't count (apart from mental satisfaction) ..but it also proves that very few ppl actually read your post before voting 

It is the other way round boss - The voters necessarily need not have read your post. But if your post comes up on top due to the voting, other real readers may pick it up for reading. So votes without reading also help in getting genuine readers.
