Is there any restriction in the anchor text? Do we have to give the full url in anchor text also? I have given the link as required in the contest but the anchor text is "Dove" so I am doing right. Please suggest.

You can use any anchor text.  You can also use the url itself as the anchor text if you want. 

Posted my post I always end up writing short posts..

Managed to write for this one as well. Seems like so far since my return to contest I have been maintaining a 100% success record. Post may not get Dove excited but definitely something I loved writing.

My post is also not even remotely related to Dove, but instead the topic. I hope the judges will understand that :)

That has not been the way in the past with this particular sponsor, Bhavya. But then winning is not everything. Contest topics do provide a structure to write on for general bloggers.

yea.u r write..these contests do give various topics to write on...i was explaining the same thing to the cakeman today who keeps critising those who take part in contests....it polishes our writing skills in a way too...so though i love the prizes too, its not always abt winning. i'm proud of all my entries till date ( even though i've not won in many, cos i never did blatant promotions...most of them i wrote fictions or poems
