i think IB can only remind them...most prizes and samples come from the company. IB gives them our address

ND, I think the organizer has more responsibility than that...they can't wash their hands off like this....anyway, never mind.

i think they did take stand sometimes when the company was absolutely callous...eg reliance digital time
