Moentizing a wordpress.com blog

i do have my own domain on .com.  but the limiations of .com includes no support for javascript(which major advertisment companies have).

also i got the feedback on wordpress forum that no other adv are allowed except wordads.

but i have seen people using adv. not sure , how though.

Vijay is right. Only if you buy your domain from wordpress or have a purchased subscription for a wordpress account can you monetize through ads etc.

I believe that is possible only if you buy out your domain from wordpress.  I have seen two three sites with ads but not sure about it.
