There was a similar thread where I wrote a big answer but I'm not finding it and I am not in a mood to repeat all that.

Deepa, first of remove the link from here (links are not allowed on the forum)  Second go to Indivine > http://www.indiblogger.in/indivine.php and add blogs which interest you to your network.  After that post your blog articles (3 every 24 hours) > http://www.indiblogger.in/indivine_submit.php.  

For PR like others articles from indivine or from your own network > http://www.indiblogger.in/mynetworkposts.php, Chat on Inditalk and post your problems or whatever you think is important and indibloggers should know.  Over 6 months you will have considerable votes and ranking.
