Please review my photography blog
The photos themselves are a visual treat, great going! I would suggest that you play around with the template a little more, though; to make the images really pop out. Keep clicking and posting, you have the talent.
Hey John, welcome to IB Reviews. Here are my two cents.
- The theme is unlike a photoblog. There are plenty of photography blog themes out there. Also suggest you checkout Joshi Daniel's site.
- Having said that, it is neat, clean.
- You need to consistantly tag your blog posts. Some of them are in Uncategorized category.
- Use of consistant fonts face and font color help users get a better experience. Not many would care, only because they do not realize they actually do.
- There are too many posts on your home page, making it long for even scrolling. This could lead to loss of interest sometimes. Reduce the number of posts to 4 to 5. I do not see you posting more than 1 picture, so read more is not applicable.
- Avoid long widgets in your right hand bar.
- As I commented on your blog, try looking at converting your blog into Travel + Photography blog.

Hi Lalitha thanks a lot for your comments on the blog , this is my first blog and I am still learning how to use it as a medium to showcase my photography .I am planning to change the theme ( as suggested by Hemal ) so I can have a nice home page wiht better navigation .

-I chose this theme coz of the size of the pictures , I wanted a clean neat interface .Adding widgets made the size of the photos smaller but I had to place the widgets something .Planning to change the theme to one which has a nice grid home page ,that way its easy to navigate to different posts
- Yes most of the posts have gone uncategorised , that is because I use the create post shortcut .Will edit the post and categories them asap .
_ I never paid attention to the font , I though the theme will have a default font
_ Better home page coming up !!!
- I am working on making it a photo + travel blog , frankly I dont enjoy writing :P hence I have been postponing posts on travel .But I do have some good ideas that other travel bloggers would love , work in progress .
